We called SafeAire May the 19th our Air Conditioner went went out They sent Ty Summers out to evaluate our Unit He checked it all out and Told us our unit is 26 years old filter dryer was leaking worried compressor will lock up when he replaced R22 refrigerant it would be a good time to see all our options We decided on getting a New Unit Do Ty Summers called Wesley Keeffe him and another Man came to our Home within an hour to go over Prices of New units The Very next Day they sent Talan & Brandon to install a new unit in our Home they were here at 9 AM and Left at 3:30 awesome hard working Guys they explained everything while they were working they cleaned up everything we are so Impressed with SafeAire we will use them for All our Air Conditioner Needs from Now on Thanks to everyone involved that made it happen So Fast Thank you Alver & Kim Horton

Casey Jones was a true professional today during my service call. His honesty and explanation of my AC issues was straight forward and upfront. His knowledge of the system was remarkable. I highly recommend this technician for all your service needs. He was a major factor in my decision to have SafeAire replace my system. Tyler and Scott were my install team. They have great customer service skills and expert craftsmanship. They explained everything they were going to do step by step. They kept the job safe and clean at all times. These two young men are a benefit to your install team and I highly recommend that customers ask for them to be their installers. Great job!

Highly recommend Ethan. He was knowledgeable, personable and patient with all our questions. They were able to come the same day called and gave us several options to choose from. Our furnace and a/c technicians were Patrick and Hunter they were knowledgeable and were on time and kept us updated on everything as they worked. Excellent work ethic. Highly recommend this company for any a/c or furnace needs.
